Data we collect
We collect your email address, phone number (optional), and identity documents (BVN or NIN) for verification purposes. Payment data is processed by Paystack and is not stored on our servers.
How we use your data
Your data is used to operate the marketplace, verify your identity, process payments and payouts, and send transactional notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Credential encryption
Account credentials uploaded by sellers are encrypted end-to-end in the browser using libsodium before being stored. sabilogs cannot read credential content. Only the intended buyer can decrypt credentials using the platform's private key held in a secure HSM.
Data retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your account plus 5 years for compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.
Cookies
We use httpOnly session cookies for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
