1. Acceptance

By accessing or using sabilogs, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use sabilogs. By using the platform you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Escrow and payments

All transactions are conducted through our escrow service. Funds are held until the buyer confirms receipt of account credentials or a dispute is resolved. Platform fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.

4. Seller obligations

Sellers warrant that they are the rightful owners of listed accounts, that the accounts are not subject to active bans, and that all information provided is accurate. Sellers must provide valid login credentials within the platform vault.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use sabilogs to sell accounts obtained fraudulently, engage in money laundering, or circumvent our escrow system. Violations may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6. Disputes

Buyers have 48 hours from credential delivery to confirm or raise a dispute. After 48 hours without action, escrow is automatically released to the seller. Dispute decisions by sabilogs administrators are final.

7. Limitation of liability

sabilogs is a marketplace and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or availability of listed accounts. Our liability is limited to the escrow amount held at the time of a dispute.
